Every painting is packaged with the utmost care and shipped directly from my studio to your door.
Shipping
🇺🇸 Domestic (USA)
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $500
- All orders shipped with tracking
🌍 International
- Standard international: 10–21 business days
- Expedited international: 5–10 business days
- Customs duties are buyer's responsibility
- Full tracking provided on all orders
📦 Packaging & Care
Each original painting is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, then secured in custom foam-lined boxes to protect the artwork during transit.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means the world to me. Because each piece is an original work of art, I handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Item arrived damaged or significantly different from listing
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item is in original, undamaged condition
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Custom commissions or personalized pieces
- Change of mind after purchase
- Requests made after 14 days of delivery
- Items that have been framed, hung, or altered
To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and photos of the item.
Damaged Items
If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact me within 48 hours. All shipments include insurance for this reason.
